The pigments with the mark of C are lead-free pigment, and the pigments with mark of F are four color pigment. The others are cadium-free lead-free pigments.
Application
WQ series pigments are suitable for bone china, Vitrified porcelain,flintless stoneware, porcelain and porcelain enamel.
Four colors printing:
With WQ-1506,WQ-9002,WQ-9003, WQ-9009, WQ-9005 as four color printing, canget more colors.
Application: WQ series colors are suitable for all traditional ways: screen painting, spay finishing, linedraw and hand lining, hand brush. Screen painting be suggested:
Pigments: advise to use polyester net, 100-140 line/cm (255-355 mesh/inch).
Cover layer: advise to use polyester net, 100-120 line/cm (255-305 mesh/inch).
Baking:
Normal baking: 780-830
Fast baking: 830-880
Corrosion resistance: The pigments corrosion resistance is affect by thickness of pigment, baking temprature, and glaze.
a) Acid resistance: steep in 10% acetic acid (20./24h), pigment has no visibility mark.
b)Alkali resistance: steep in 0.5% alkali(77./16h), pigment has no visibility mark.
Heavy metal release

Cadmium release≤0.13mg/dm2
All the pigments in this series comply with the standard of heavy metal release: DIN EN13881-2 ; California PrOP.65 and FDA standard.
