The colors with the mark of C are cadmiferous paint, and the others are cadium-free paint.

Suitable: QB33 series paints are suitable for construction decorate glass, decorate furniture glass, exhibit instrument, clapboard, decorate car glass.

Miscibility :           

QB33 series paints can mix with each other expect the cadmiferous paints. The cadmiferious paints can mix with each other too.

Application: QB33 series paints can used by the following way: printing directly, spay finishing, brush application, roll.

Baking temperature:

Normal baking: 600-640

  Steel baking: 650-720

Under the condition of steel baking and fast baking , good laster, brightness can be get. The sintering atmosphere should be oxidizing atmosphone.

Corrosion resistance: The pigments corrosion resistance is affect by thickness of pigment, baking temprature.

a) Acid resistance: steep in 10% acetic acid (20./24h), pigment has no visibility mark.

b)Alkali resistance: steep in 0.5% alkali(77./16h), pigment has no visibility mark.

Storage

T 176 series pigments should be stored at a dry place, to keep from moisture. And bake the pigments at 130 before using.
